Should you get the 10kg or 20kg vest?
That depends on your weight, intended exercises and desired repetition range. A good rule of thumb is to work up to about 15% of your body weight for high-level athletes and 20% of your body weight for elite-level athletes.
70kg high-level athletes: 70*0.15 = 10.5kg. 10kg vest recommended.
70kg elite-level athletes: 70*0.2 = 14kg. 20kg vest recommended.

Many people choose a vest that they will work into over time. For example, you may buy a 20kg vest and start with only 10kg by removing 10kg from your vest.
